6.3. As child correspondent evidence of propriety is thus exactedcheck is applied is attached

money has been paid. 2 for what service it is paid: 3. that the subject matter for which it is paid has been
in the possession or at
the disposal of the payer.

7 3. The orders of the payment and the mater of the
payment over these two distinct persons they are serve each of
them as a check upon the others: the orderes by his order,
or acknowledges and witnesses that he has received the subject matter
in return for which it wasis issued: the payer must have has this same
order as evidence that is wasis not without just cause and
sufficient warrant that in respect of service rendered to the public
that the money is paid by him: an instrument of might a receipt would
suffice to shew that the money as paid, and to whom
paid: but it could not suffice in to shew that it is in the
account of the public service that it wasis paid
