Instructions fo to P.M. Postmaster for the

Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary
House relative to the his attesting a Renewal of the the re-execution of a Bond
Assignment of the Wardship of A.W. to F.G. &c
from F.G. to the said Governor, &c.
General Panopticon Penitentiary House this day of [Month Year]
To P.M. Post Master for of the Town
Sir
Along with this I send two three Papers —
1. A Paper marked [A] being a Bond to me from F.G. of [Place]
[Occupation]
2. A Paper marked [B] being an Assignment of
the Wardship of the said A.W. under the said the Wardship of A.W. of [Place] [Occupation] quondam Penitentiary-man
from this to the said according to the said Act.
Act unto the said F.G. of [Place and Occupation]
3. A Paper marked [C] being a blank Certificate to be
filled up and signed by you.
2. A Paper marked [B] being a Bond, to you from the
said F.G.
On your receipt thereof The same being by you received —
This is in his Majesty's name to require you,
as by §. Art. of the said Act you are bound —
1. On application made to you in person by the
said F.G. immediately thereupon to see him re-execute in token of Renewal of the said Bond
marked 2. A. according to the Instruction on the Instrument thereof contained subscribing your name thereto as an
