Whereas ye sd, Thos Haigh is now in ye occasion
of a House & Outhouse & Yard adjoining thereto situated at No 15
in ye sd Street called York Street which said House
& Yard he now holds of ye sd J Bentham as Tenant
at Will. And whereas ye sd Thos Haigh has
now lately applied to ye sd J Bentham for a Lean
of ye sd premis offering in consideration of such Lean
to keep ye sd premis in good & sufficient repair
during ye continuance of such Lean.

Now therefore it is agreed between ye sd parties
for their presents that in consideration of ye keeping
ye sd premis in such good & sufficient repair & in
consideration of ye said Rent & such other terms and
conditions as are hereinafter mentioned yt he ye sd
J Bentham his Exors or Admors shall & will at any
