<p>Enactive.  Expositive.<lb/>
Art. 1.  <del>An</del> A Quasi Jury <del><gap/></del> <add>is composed of Quasi Jurors</add> of two classes<lb/>

Art. 2.  That a casting voice may never be<lb/>
wanting, the number of both together is odd.  The<lb/>
number here established is <hi rend="underline">three</hi>:  whereof two <hi rend="underline">ordinary</hi>,<lb/>
one <hi rend="underline">select</hi>.  By the Legislature, addition if<lb/>
deemed necessary, will of course be made to it:<lb/>
but what is expected, is that of the Ordinary, the<lb/>
number will be at least twice as great as that<lb/>
of the Select.</p>
<p><hi rend="underline">Ratiocinative and Instructional</hi><lb/>
Art. 3.  Looked to <add>more particularly</add> for appropriate <hi rend="underline">moral</hi> aptitude, thence for the determining <hi rend="underline">will</hi>, are <add>as per &sect;.4,</add> the <hi rend="underline">Ordinaries</hi>:<lb/>
theirs being the interest of the greatest<lb/>

§.2 Composition

Enactive. Expositive.
Art. 1. An A Quasi Jury is composed of Quasi Jurors of two classes
the ordinary and the select : For shortness,
say Ordinaries and Selects.

Ratiocinative and Instructional.
Art. 2. That a casting voice may never be
wanting, the number of both together is odd. The
number here established is three: whereof two ordinary,
one select. By the Legislature, addition if
deemed necessary, will of course be made to it:
but what is expected, is that of the Ordinary, the
