Mr L Bentham – Certainly it is for them to judge of: and
if were I was already had it only heard to already apprized of this judgement and
that it was to that effect, any compensation that of any shape inference would
fall to the ground be at an end. But till I am apprized
of their such their judgment⊞ ⊞ the consideration of what in my humble conception they ought to do, is the only means I have of coming into conjecturing judging what they will do: I can only speak as to prohibition,
and probabilities such as they appear
to me. I have no other means of judging what they are
