§. 1. Wrongful non collation
Wrongful Non-Collation of Fathership is where, with
relation to a certain person considered in the character of a Father Son
or in that of the children, a daughter another person would in the event
of a certain act's being done for that purpose by a certain
third person (viz the delinquent) or by a certain number
of persons of whom the delinquent is one have had legal
possession of the condition of a Father the delinquent being
bound by law (2) to conferr, concurr or join in conferring
on the person in question such conditions he has omitted
so to do –
