The offence as a quarrel
will generally be quasi-continuous

Expositive

By a quarrel understand a congeries of reciprocal
offences: offences committed by each of two
individuals at the charge of the other.

By a quarrel understand a clashes or congeries
of offence committed reciprocal the one against another, by

of two opposite sides, or an individual on one side, and
a set of individuals on the other.
