The 3d Section is a saving Proviso regarding the Commissioners
of Sewers for London. Take the Bread Act 32. G. 2. for another example

to the competency of Evidence.
The first 1st 13. regard Builders as does a part of the 14th
The 13th makes an addition to the duty of Justices
of the Peace.
The 14th which is of itself a Volume regards Proprietors of Houses as such.
