<p>1825 Jan. 19.  Require that a commissioned proxy produce his commission</p>
<p><head>&sect;.  For pursuer, proxy <del>has for</del> <add>in what cases</add> admissible.</head></p>
<p>At. 1.  Exception excepted, the only person <add>on whose appearance</add> at whose instance<lb/>

whose benefit the service of the Judge is demanded at the expence<lb/>
of the party so sued.</p>
<p>Art. 2.  Exceptions are as follows</p>

is either ignorant of the fact wrong done, or that if he is not altogether
ignorant he forbears such appearing to and giving commencement
for want of sufficient consideration, under which in such a
state of things in which for want want of promptitude the means
of obtaining remedy may be probably lost.
