<p>Art. 8.  <del>At the suggestion</del> Spontaneously or at the<lb/>
 
instance of the pursuer, the Judge thereupon puts to the Defendant<lb/>

<p>Art. 9.  For dispatch, the Judge may if he sees<lb/>

Constitutional Code
