Procedure Code

Art. 4 Where all parties attend by consent
the point is point subject matter of disagreement, if any, will be either
on the ground the question of law or the question of fact, or both together.

Art. It does not follow that because the
intervention of the Judge application

Art. 5 From the fact of an application being made
by all parties conjointly in conjunction for exercise to be given to the
power of the Judge it follows not that between any two
if disagreement has place: for there either be cases there
can not be in which no wrong being imputed to anyone
the intervention of the Judge for the purpose of effecting
an apt division of a mass of property among co-interestees
may be indispensable. See Ch. §.

Art. 6 If When the sole subject of disagreement is
a question of law none having place in relation to the any
relevant and appropriate and necessary to be assumed
matter of fact the service demanded at the hands of the Judge
will be the an exercise of the pre-interpretative function, as per
Ch. VI Judicial Applications §. Application consultation: the only sole difference being that
in that case the application is supposed to be regarded as being made on
one side claim only, in this case on both sides. In this
case there will have no use for testimony: for
testimony matter on the part of extraneous witnesses, are
on the part of the parties litiscontestant.
