<p>Art. <!-- pencil -->2.  If at the time of his attendance the Pursuer<lb/>
brings with him <del>the</del> his Demand paper as above ready filled<lb/>
up so much the better <add>so much time will have been saved</add>:  he will then as soon as placed in<lb/>
the Applicants station present it to the Judge.</p>
<p>Art. 3.  The Judge if in his opinion the filling<lb/>
up is sufficiently correct and explicit, will proceed to<lb/>
<unclear>halt</unclear> the examination of the Pursuer as to the collative<lb/>
facts.  If not he will examine him as to the particulars<lb/>
in the filling up and make or cause made <add>therein</add> such amendments<lb/>
as the Applicant's statements shall have suggested.</p>
<p>Art. 3.  If the pursuer feels himself incompetent<lb/>
to fill up <add>insert</add> the matter <add>blanks</add> under all the heads but competent<lb/>
to insert it under some he will bring the paper filled<lb/>
up under such of the heads under which he feels himself<lb/>
competent to fill up.</p>
<p>Art. 4.  If he brings not with him a paper<lb/>
with <del>none</del> any of the heads filled up, the Judge will<lb/>
cause delivery to him an exemplar of the paper in<lb/>
blank the Registrar having <add>in hand</add> another, and the Judge a third.</p>
<p>Art. 5.  The Judge will thereupon proceed and take<lb/>
his examination under the <add>above</add> several heads.</p>

Art. 2. If at the time of his attendance the Pursuer
