case seems almost a hopeless one, inasmuch
as for so very faint of a chance of his ever
vouchsafing to honour it with a glance, the
trouble and expence of forming another picture so much
more complicated than the former would together be
too heavy for my slender person me. Where
the necessity of the concurrence of two parties
is not deemed a sufficient safeguard – so that
the concurrence of a third party – and than
a Note of the tripatite form – is thought necessary
to be required – I should ope and
expect, that this for the protection of a mass of interest
to less as them that some such amount, for example as £3:0.8 (the years
interest on a Note of £102:8, this extra or mass of Notes of the amount of £102:8s
degree principal money) this extra degree of complication would not be required thought requisite.

The learned Baronet has heard or not
heard of such things as locks with their chests each with three
keys to chests with different locks and as many different keys, for keeping documents or other valuables
kept for under joint custody, for corporation
or other purposes. Opening the such three
locks requires the possessors of the three correspondent
keys to be assembled and meet together
in person or by proxy all of them at the same
time at that same place. For a lead chest with 3 locks
care would not travel, with quite so much convenience by the post or otherwise, with quite
so much convenience, especially to and from two or three places at once,
