1.
In case of contest,
parties responsible
for challenge and for
contest.

From the instruments
employed, judgment
formed as to intention
of parties.

Compensation to be
awarded to the sufferer
at the charge of

In case of Death, slayer's
property goes to
slayee's representatives,
proportioned to
