In numbers, in general more than adequate for all these purposes

On the here proposed plan of procedure multiplicates
or transcripts would be necessary or desirable for different
purposes and destinations.

1. One, for the purpose of remaining in the judicatory
in the Register Office thereto belonging, as a perpetual standard
of reference during the continuance of the suit and afterwards.

2. For the use of the parties to the suit, and to be
conveyed to them respectively,multiplicates or transcripts
in an indefinite number correspondent to that of the parties.

Judicatory. At any rate for further security, and to provide
for the overlaying of the destruction of at the Judicatory by
fire or other accident, one multiplicate might be kept
in at the Appellate Judicatory in every case.

4. Provide at government expence the paper and other materials
for writing. This being procured at wholesale price, by contract if with the
best bidder will be procured thus be procured cheaper than it could be by individuals.
