Art. 10 Commu Intercommunication. That
between the several descriptions sorts/classes of operators and the several descriptions
of persons subject matters operated upon — whether private or real
[or discursual] intercommunication must have place, or on
no occasion can any thing be done any effect conducive to the
end in view be produced is too manifest to have and is admitted of
profit: in a purpose of communication as above, these to
