I was wondering, editorially speaking; if this eccentric abbreviation (assuming I've read it correctly) should be either Legis.<add>ve</add>  or Legislative (sic)?

This is an interesting point. For the time being users should transcribe abbreviated words using the addition button but in the future we may need to think about distinguishing between superscript and additions. Thanks for your query! - TB editor.

Appreviated spelling of 'legislative' -- Mp4401 13:22, 25 September 2010 (UTC)

Bentham seems to spell the word 'Legislative' as Legis.ve as if it is an abbreviated word.

I was wondering, editorially speaking; if this eccentric abbreviation (assuming I've read it correctly) should be either Legis.ve or Legislative (sic)?
