I think the this Draught the Draught not liable to any material
objection if the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury approve the Plan
itself but I think that parts of what is herein Covenanted to be done
must also under the Act of 24<hi rend='underline'>th</hi> Geo 3 be directed to be done by His
Majesty and I think the 15th Article does not clearly express to whom
the Annuities therein mentioned is to be paid which should be clearly
expressed.
The deficiency here pointed out has been since supplied to the satisfaction of the Solicitor to the Treasury by the words in Brackets now standing part of the article in question as above.—
