<p>Art. 5.  Subject to the controul and direction of the<lb/>
 
<del>Judge</del> Appellate Judicatory and the Justice Minister,<lb/>

frames regulations, respecting the manner in which<lb/>

so long as there exists upon the list a Judge Depute<lb/>

Ch. Judge Deputes permanent

Art. 5. Subject to the controul and direction of the
Judge Appellate Judicatory and the Justice Minister,
every each Immediate Judge prinicpal, from time to time by the light of his expedience,

permanent capable of being within call and unoccupied,

among them by lot.

(a) Applicant. In the Code of Procedure belonging to this system
