made by a Registrar

with mention of year,
month, day of month,
and hour.

entry or alterations in
Register.
But on any such actor
tendering such minute,
authenticating
it by his name and
sufficient description,
Registrar is bound to
signify assent or dissent,
attested by his
family and official
names, at length or
by initials.
