<p>Art. 1. To every Judge Immediate belongs the power of<lb/> | |||
deputation; and the obligation of exercising it.</p> | |||
<p>Art. 2. In the exercise of this power, the Principal<lb/> | |||
locates Deputes of two sorts — permanent & occasional. As<lb/> | |||

§.10 Power of deputation. Self-suppletive function
Art. 1. To every Judge Immediate belongs the power of
deputation; and the obligation of exercising it.
Art. 2. In the exercise of this power, the Principal
locates Deputes of two sorts — permanent & occasional. As
to the permanent see Ch. XIII: as to the occasional — Ch. XIV.
By acceptance of the office, the principal contracts not only
