For the almost extensive performance which, in the judicatory in question that seems to have been given
to the epistolatory mode of scrutiny, in contradistinction to the real or as it may be termed
colloquial
mode, a rational course, (even in this unsaid judicatory, not to speak of fie-fed ones), may, it should seem without much difficulty
be found. In personal examination a sort of
operation has been observed such as it might not
be claimed advisable to commit to a single person officer
and his subordinate his station a subordinate one, and his conduct not being subjected
to that perennial sort of check which, so far as employed, it
if the nature of writing to apply. Personal examination
would thus be thought to have a claim - and at least as
imperative a claim as any other part of the business -
to the attention labour of a Commissioner, or as a word since
other parts of the business are considered as requiring
to an entire Board, to the attention of the Board.

In this shape then the extraction of evidence
is one question, requires presenting a demand for attendance,
and not only for attendance only but also for thought : [+][+]the expense
