<p>Provided always, and be it enacted that no person or<lb/> persons being an Officer or Officers of the said Commissioners<lb/> and being authorized by a Warrant under the hand and Seal<lb/> of the said <del>Commissioner or</del> Commissioners or one of them<lb/> shall have authority to break <del>open the door or window of</del><lb/> any dwelling house outhouse shop, warehouse cellar<lb/>yard or other place, at any time between sun setting and<lb/> sun rising, unless the said Warrant shall have been<lb/> first <sic>indorsed</sic> with the Name of some of the Justices of<lb/> the peace appointed to act at the Office of the Division <lb/> in which such dwelling house, outhouse shop warehouse<lb/> cellar yard or other place is situation <del>as herein after mentioned</del><lb/> in the hand writing of the said Justice (which<lb/> <sic>Indorsement</sic> any such Justice is hereby required to make<lb/> and also unless a Constable or Headborough appointed in<lb/> and for the parish, liberty precinct or place where the dwelling<lb/> house, outhouse, shop, warehouse, cellar yard or other<lb/>place is situated shall be present and assisting at such<lb/> breaking or forcing open of any such dwelling house, out<lb/> house, shop, warehouse cellar yard or other place</p>
