Thus, so it is that the here exhibited system of procedure
is the very one which exhibits in unison the
maximum of aptitude and sufficiency and the minimum
of expense; the maximum of benefit and the minimum
of burthen.

Till the disquisition had reached arrived at the application
of the self-suppletive function to the situation of the Judge,
the time was not ripe for an all comprehensive view
of the entire system of procedure.
