Westminster Esquire. —</p> | |||
<p>Whereas in and by the said Contract it is agreed <add>that</add> if the said<lb/> | |||
John Donne his Executors &c at the requisition of the said Jeremy Bentham<lb/> | |||
of his successors shall quit the premises on that behalf mentioned on the<lb/> | |||
25<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> day of this instant March then and in that case the said Jeremy<lb/> | |||
Bentham &c shall pay and the said John Donne &c shall accept the<lb/> | |||
sum of ₤603..19</unclear> in full satisfaction as well for the right and interest of<lb/> | |||
the said John Donne in the said Premises as for all damage which<lb/> | |||
may accrue to him by reason of his quitting the same on the said 25<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> of March</p> | |||
<p>And whereas in regard to the Nursery Ground part of the said<lb/> | |||
Premises it may chance not to be necessary for the purposes of the Act of Parliament<lb/> | |||
in the said Contract mentioned that possession of the same should be<lb/> | |||
quitted so soon as the 25<hi rend="superscript">th</hi> of March next ensuing. —</p> | |||
