But this is not all. This charge for difference
of carriage of raw materials & finished work being a
standing one, the indemnification for it comes in the
shape of interest: but there is another charge which
comes in immediately and for which the indemnification
would call for a large sum at once in the
shape of capital. I mean the charge of conveying
the materials of the building with all its appendages
for the distance which forms the difference between
the near spot & the proposed remote one.

in point of weight which unless ordered I will not
attempt to calculate, form another. Bricks & mortar
