the 26th instant, We desire you will
please to acquaint the Rt. Hon. the Lords
Commissioners of the Admiralty that We
have considered Mr. Bentham's proposal
on the subject of Copper Sheathing, and
that We are of opinion the Method at
present used, which We conclude he is
unacquainted with, is so secure and superior
to that proposed by him, that We cannot
