On the cessation of such Bondsmanship as<lb/>aforesaid, the Ward shall, upon notice given him on the<lb/>part of the Governor, stand engaged to repair to the Me-<lb/>-tasylum there to serve from Year to Year, as if he had<lb/>originally engaged therein: and if upon receipt of such<lb/>notice he do not with all convenient speed repaid and<lb/>surrender himself thereto, he shall be deemed guilty of ab-<lb/>-sentation from service or of desertion from service as<lb/>hereinafter mentioned, according to the nature of the case.<lb/><lb/><note>22<lb/>Renewal of Wardship<lb/>Assignment & Bond --<lb/>how performable through<lb/>the medium of Country<lb/>Post-Masters --</note><lb/> Art. 22.
