Grant of a Superannuation Annuity

General Panopticon Penitentiary House at Place
this day of Month Year

Grant of a Superannuation Annuity from the
Governor of the said Penitentiary House to A.P.
Penitentiary Man therein.

Know all Men, that in pursuance of the Sta-
-tute of 34. Geo: 3. 6. //.VI. I J.B. Governor
of the said House in consideration of the sum
of [£ S d] being the amount of such part of
the warnings of the said A.P. for the year ending
this day as is applicable to this purpose, do hereby
grant unto the said A.P. a clear annuity of [£
S d] a year for the term of his life: to commence
from his age of [ ] years: payable in half
yearly payments, the first payment to be made
on the day of [Month Year]: if the said A. P. be
then alive. And for the just & regular payment of
the same I do hereby bind myself, my Heirs, Ex-
-ecutors, Administrators, Assigns & Successors. As
