Metasylum Service En-
-gagement, to be execu-
-ted by Metasylum-
-man & Governor --
Art. 1. Previously to the entrance of any such
Penitentiary Prisoner or quondam Penitentiary Prisoner
in the Metasylum, whether immediately upon his discharge
from the said Penitentiary House, or upon the expiration
of any other of the options abovementioned, an instru-
-ment of engagement under the name of a Metasy-
-lum-Service Engagement shall be executed by such
Prisoner or quondam Prisoner and the said Governor:
which said instrument may be mutatis mutandis ac-
