The Old Bailey
Sessions to be -
holden every -
Wednesday in the
Year -

And be it further enacted, that the justices of Oyer and
Terminer, and of Goal Delivery of Newgate for the
City of London, and Goal Delivery of Newgate for the
County of Middlesex shall and they are hereby authorized
and required notwithstanding the sitting of His Majestys
Court of King's Bench within the same County
to hold a Sessions on the Wednesday in every Week in the Year,
and sit for the trial and deliverance of such Prisoners
as shall, or may be indicted at any of the aforesaid
Sessions in the City of London, the Borough of Southward
or County of Jury as aforesaid The County of Middlesex,
and City of Westminster.
