<p>The D. of Dorset; best<lb/> compliments to M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi> Betham, and<lb/>send him enclosed the two letters he<lb/> received from him, <hi rend="underline">they</hi> were of<lb/> <hi rend="underline">great use</hi> <hi rend="underline">in the business</hi> of<lb/>yesterday. The D. of Dorset thinks<lb/>Mr. <hi rend="superscript">B.</hi> had better see M<hi rend="superscript">r</hi>. Charles Long<lb/> <sic> to morrow</sic> (of the Treasury), the D. of<lb/>Dorset has no doubt but that the<lb/>bill will pass <hi rend="underline">of course</hi>, but it is<lb/>better not to lose sight of it<lb/><hi rend="underline">a moment</hi>, as the Parliament will<lb/>in all probability rise of Thursday next</p> | |||
