Matters subjected
to the cognizance
of the
Arbitrators

And it is hereby further enacted and
declared that the several matters question and things
hereby submitted to the cognizance & arbitration of the said Commissioners
or Arbitrators are as follows, viz.

1. As touching the said lot A hereby extended
to be for the purposes of this Act
to determine

1. In what proportion the benefit of the purchase money so to
be paid for the same as aforesaid shall be
divided between the said Dean and Chapter
on the one part, the said United Parishes
on the other part and the said Rector
of St John's on the other part - and

2 And whether the said purchase money
shall be divided into three distinct portions
each portion to be laid out separately for
the benefit of one of the said parties, or
whether such part shall be deemed the
share of the said United Parishes and such
other part as shall be deemed the the share of the
said Rector respectively or one and which of such shares shall be so the share of the said Dean and Chapter
to the end that the wholeall three shares of the said purchase
money, or any snd which two of them shallmay be laid
out and inacted in the purchase of Lands and<add>orTenements</add> in the name of the Dean and Chapter only
on condition that the whole or some and
what part or partds of such Lands or Tenements shall may be granted out by the
