Vacancies
Provided also that the appointment of any Commissioers

Chapter shall not be vacated by any vacancy
in the said Deanery, nor shall the appointment of
any Commissioner nominated by the said
Rector of St John's be vacated by any vacancy
in the said Rectory Provided also
thet the power of appointing a new Commissioer and so toties quotiesshall that in case of a vacancy in the said
Deanery the power of appointing a new
Commissioner in case of death or otherwise
shall be and remain in the said Chapter
and in the case of a vacancy in the said Rectory
shall and be remain in to the ing Rector
from and after presentation when presented and in the mean time shall
be exercisedexercisable by the Patron and Ordinary of
the said Rectory in the same manner as
the same in said power might have been
exercised by the said Rector.
