at any such meeting as aforesaid<lb/>
it shall and may be lawful for any<lb/>
person so dissatisfied to <add>make application</add><del>apply in</del>
<add>a summary way</add> <del>of Petition</del> to the High Court of Chancery<lb/>
whereupon the said Court may and shall<lb/>
