<p>The plan is —</p> | |||
<p>1. That the fee of the whole Waste be declared<lb/> | |||
by Act of Parliament to be in the Dean<lb/> | |||
& & chapter solely —</p> | |||
<p>2. That a portion amounting to between 12<lb/> | |||
& 13 Acres, (composed principally of the<lb/> | |||
angle formed by the end of Rochester<lb/> | |||
Row with the inclosed grounds terminating<lb/> | |||
in Storrs Gardens) be allotted to the Dean<lb/> | |||
& chapter to enable them to allow a sufficient<lb/> | |||
portion to be made use of <add>in the capacity of</add> a Cricket Ground<lb/> | |||
by the Westminster Scholars, in satisfaction<lb/> | |||
for the undefined & unlimited use they have<lb/> | |||
been accustomed to make of the waste for<lb/> | |||
that purpose as long as memory can reach.</p> | |||

Walworth is about 5 1/2 Acres: the gross content<lb/> | |||
