The Prisoners were Indicted & tried at the Old Bailey for the felonies
taking & Carrying away 60 pieces of Cotton .
It Appeared in Evidance unusually-spelled text that the Prisoners recd the
Cottons to Print according to Patterns Approved by
Harris Lathers Partners Drapers & had several times
done Business for the Prosecutors in the Printing Business,
That the Course of the Trade was when they delivered drapery
to Print the Drapers charged them to the Account of
the Printers & if Damage or Burnt or Spoiled the Printers
always got what they by selling them & were
Answerable to the Drapers for the Value of the Linnens unusually-spelled text
