CERTAINTY FEOFAILS

We shall some times have occasion to observe how some of these excrescencies have

that punishment should follow which the Law has endevored to make its consequence.
The causes of uncertainty in the Law therefore are all comprehended in the circumstances accidents that
may arise to frustrate [execution] it's operation the purposes of the Law within the interval of these two Periods.
