Certainty — Gather up the Fragments &c

A very wise / System of provisions was established
once for all by 25 G. 2. e. .. for the protection & indemnity
of Provincial Magistrates and their subordinate officers
against vexatious actions for matters
done by them in the execution of their offices.+
+ see whether some of these provisions have not since been re-enacted in other Acts through ignorance of this.
Now there was as much necessity for the separation separating
of these provisions in every fresh Act giving
new powers to those Magistrates as it was
made as of many others that continue
to be separately repeated — still.
