<p>If the Inspector shall find or have reason to suspect that the

an Alphabetical List of Horse Dealers &amp;c their Residence &amp;c

throughout England Wales and Scotland from the Offices in

Kingdoms for the purpose of Reference to discover Frauds or

false Certificates, &amp;c.</p>
