as agreable to the Calculation which has been made with respect
to the Water of the Neva from the Point
at the Fortress as far as the Mouth or
opening — or on the Contrary whether the it
would ever be rather better to raise the Bed of
the River in proportion to what may be found
to be the Case by the help of the Neva
whatever Instruments & Hands therefore
the Counceller may have occasion for
He shall be provided for him furnished with. I shall
afterwards make a report of it to his
Highness and we shall be able sufficiently
to regulate the whole of the work in
consequence of it.
