<p>Measures which in this view it might be proper<lb/> | |||
to take are 1. To require a Catalogue to be<lb/> | |||
made at every licensing meeting of the Publicans<lb/> | |||
licensed at that meeting to be signed by the Magistrates<lb/> | |||
present and to be open for any inspection.<lb/> | |||
2. That such a Catalogue should within<lb/> | |||
a limited time be returned from every such meeting,<lb/> | |||
