4. Class the fourth. Every person seeking his or her living by purchasing whether for sale any
or for selling any or by commission any Second Hand Apparel (except Shoes) or any second
hand furniture or other articles composed and made
up in the whole or in part principally of Piece Goods, [+] [+] other than such as are commonly as have been employed as Naval Stores, or
any unmade-up or remnants [8] of Piece Goods.

of purchasing for sale of seeking his or her living, by purchasing (whether for sale or by commission) any second-hand Apparel
made-up Piece-Goods or Remnants, as as above last
particularized under Class the fourth shall go about from House to House
