And be it further enacted that in case
of any disputes of any dispute or disagreement as between amongst other freighters of
any such Ship or Vessel, or as between any
freighter or freighters on the one part or any
Ship Owner or Ship Owners on the other or
as between the Master of any such Ship or
Vessel and the Collector or Collectors of the said
Marine Police duties as aforesaid may or as
between or amongst any other persons whatsoever
touching the amount of the sums to be paid or
charges borne by such persons respectively or
any of them on account of the said Police
Duties, such disputes shall be heard and
determined by any two or more of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace sitting and acting at
the said Marine Police Office.
