4. Class the fourth. Every person seeking his or her living by purchasing (whether for sale any
or keeping open shop for selling any or by commission)
any Second Hand Apparel (except Shoes) or any second
hand furniture or other articles composed and made
up in the whole or in part principally of Piece Goods, other than such
as are commonly
