5. The aforesaid (pound symbol)27,000 to be paid by instal ment
: (pound symbol)10,000 immediately on signing of this agree-
-ment, (pound symbol) 10,000 in three months from the date ;
and (pound symbol) 7,000 so soon as the Proposer shall by
and have declared himself in readiness to receive the
prisoners.
