me what you had promis'd me, the first sheet of the
Kirkgiss Account is however very dry, uninteresting &
unentertaining & seems to be taken from Took's
Publication of the origin of them & their neighbours
of which there are three Vol.s I bot. at 2d hand some
years ago & cod never prevail on my self to
read. The three last Sheets you sent me come
nearer the present times, & may be of use to go
with your account of the Excursion you made
into the Kirkgees Country.
