N.B. If the Note appliedthus bespoken, and for which the above deposit
was made, be not appliedcalled for within 31 days from
the date hereof, the deposit - money is to be considered
as forfeited, and in what day sows a Note
having thus bespoken be applied for, the interest must
be paid for up to that day inclusive in which
the the note is called called for and taken same is so applied for and taken up.

as above bespoken no paying in payment of what remaining
