nearly concerns behold in the Protector an Emperor, what more
natural — what more dable — than that, feeling in the
in whom they thought they saw a Liberator in the
despotism or Despot,

such as those who may be seen and felt here , and every where,
they should look for a Liberator elsewhere: Elsewhere? and
where then? Where? unless it be there where the Colombian in the
