Reasons for the reg prompt and regular publication
of the amount of the issue of Annuity
Notes issued.

1 First That the Bank and Bankers see by observing
the progress of the issue may have timely
warning to withdraw their own paper out of
the circulation as the other advances — and so
not be taken by surprize.

Government for
emptying or
replenishing
its proposed
Cash Fund.

by Government to for the better securing and an adequate supply for casual demands of for
hard cash, and to suffer help
